2015 budget has ‘pork’ – Santiago

The 2015 proposed national budget is not only pork-laden, it is also unconstitutional because it allows the President to transfer an appropriation from one agency to another anytime of the year, Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago disclosed on Monday.

Being a co-signer on a loan makes you just as responsible for the loan with the number one signer.  This is a very hard situation.  First of all, you did not gain anything from the purchase or the loan.  You merely co-signed and the person who applied got what they wanted.
